Sam Moulton completed his undergraduate work at Tulane University in New Orleans, where he double-majored in English and Philosophy with a minor in Religious Studies. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Review and published his own poetry in several literary journals.
He went on to pursue graduate work in Philosophy at the University of Chicago, concentrating on the Philosophy of Language and Symbolic Logic. In doing so, Sam refined his reasoning and communication skills, which he continues to apply to his legal practice.
Sam earned his Juris Doctorate at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he focused largely on developing his trial skills and oral advocacy. While at Emory, he also served as editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal—the nation’s leading publication on Bankruptcy scholarship.
Now focused on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury, Sam has successfully handled hundreds of cases. He is known for maintaining clear, open communication with all his clients at Pierce Skrabanek and is dedicated to securing the best possible outcome on their behalf.
In his free time, Sam enjoys golf, weightlifting, and leisure reading. Sam is also a ranked competitive Smash Bros player.
